Presentation of Japanese Culinary Culture



The Presentation of Japanese Culinary Culture took place at the Residence of Japanese Ambassador on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.

After the speech by Ambassador Ogawa and short DVD presentation, the demonstration of sushi was held by the Chef of Japanese Residence. The guests then experienced simple sushi-making. Lunch was prepared in Obento Box with sushi made by guests themselves.
Among guests were the former ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina , Professor of Sarajevo University, journalist and heads of Bosnian NGO, and people from diplomat community.
The event was very successful and the comments afterward tell the better understanding and bigger interest toward Japanese Culinary Culture.
